Class training is fun! Not only are group classes fun they are energetic and super motivation. When you work out alone sometimes you lose sight of your form and this can cause injury. With a certified instructor right in the class I can help personally coach you to improve your form. Not to mention my classes will help you push you to your next level of fitness. It doesn't matter where you are in your level of fitness each class is designed to help you. I can't wait to see you in the next fitness class!
This is a 50 min. workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructor, and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you are looking for!
Circuit Training! Strength training isn't just for the weight room. Core & More is the ultimate class designed to strengthen and tone every muscle from head to toe using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs.
Just as the class name suggests, you will work on your abs, back, & booty to the max! This class focuses on the muscles of the core, so get ready to squat, squeeze, plank & crunch like never before... This class is a great way to mix up your workout routine!
This is a personal trainer lead workout. A series of strength and conditioning that targets specific muscle groups giving you a total body workout that is FUN and Effective.
Weekend Warrior is a 30 min. HIIT program of high intensity interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic drills for strength, power, resistance, and core training. Includes 10 min. of stretching.
